Shipping Policy

Presently, we are using Chit Chats to fulfill our orders both in Canada and the US.

Currently due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping delays are to be expected, as they are with other retailers and small businesses. Standard orders will be processed to ship every Monday and Thursday each week. Once shipped it can take about 5-10 business days. 

 

If your item is delayed past the ETA tracking with Chit Chats, you can contact them directly to file a complaint as they will have more accurate information regarding the whereabouts of your order.

For customers in Toronto, Ontario Canada; contact us for curbside pick up and potential delivery options.

Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on standard or sale items.

If your package is damaged during shipping, please send us email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include an image of the broken product and we will gladly send a replacement. This information will help us improve our system of processing orders.
